The daily life of the inhabitants of Sierra Leone is far from simple, but its men and women are like the emblem of their country: the lion. Their will to get out of it does not fail. Despite the scourges that regularly strike them, Sierra Leoneans approach life with humor and an inexhaustible joie de vivre. Nothing stops the inhabitants of this small West African country. Theo, the sand looter, Vandi and his transport company, and Fatima and her seven children, fight every day to earn a living, delivering a real lesson in self-sacrifice and courage.
